New ‘The Little Mermaid’ Experiences at Disney Parks

The Little Mermaid

We invite everyone to become part of our world at Disney Parks as we celebrate the release of “The Little Mermaid,” now playing in theaters! Let’s take a look at all the exclusive offerings coming to Disney Parks that will truly show us all that life is the bubbles!

Meet Ariel at Disney Parks

As previously announced, Ariel from the all-new live-action story “The Little Mermaid” will be making special appearances at select Disney Parks this summer! Starting today, guests can be a part of her world at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.

Guests can visit Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and make their way through the queue to discover stunning concept art from the development of the new film – vibrant illustrations following Ariel’s journey from sea to land. Then they can step into the picturesque setting of Prince Eric’s shoreside castle, where they are invited to meet Ariel on a beautiful terrace with sweeping views of the sea, pictured above. When Ariel heads to Disneyland Resort, she’ll greet guests in Fantasyland near “it’s a small world.” Guests may discover Ariel where the land meets the sea in a location inspired by Eric’s castle library, complete with whosits and whatsists galore.

While guests are visiting Ariel at Walt Disney Presents, be sure they also check out special props from the film on display along with an exclusive sneak peek of the film.

As a kid, I had visited Disney multiple times and it sparked a passion for all things Disney. In 2010, I proposed to my wife in front of Cinderella's Castle an since then it has been a large part of our life. Now as a father of three and experiencing Disney with my wife through our children's eyes, our love for Disney has grown tenfold and I can't wait to share my passion and experiences with you.
