A New Hope Confections is a Husband and Wife duo, whom started an amazing candy company as a result of furloughs from Disney Cruise Line due to the Pandemic.
As a result of the furloughs from the Walt Disney World Company in 2020, many Cast Members joined a Facebook group called “Ear for Each Other”. This group allowed furloughed Cast Members to post and showcase their side businesses to them and others could help support them in their time of need.
It is here, where I found A New Hope Confections and I am so glad I did. As a travel agent and a regular traveler to Orlando, I’m always looking for new ways to surprise and delight guests and myself.
Intrigued by the posts and pictures of all the different sweet treats, I had to try them out for myself.
Many Different Options
Dean and Jenna are always coming up with amazing designs and themes! They’ve got something for almost any occasion or themed interests. Star Wars, Harry Potter and Disney Princesses just to name a few.
Not only do these sweet treats look amazing, they taste amazing as well.

Because these are all handmade by Dean and Jenna, they have a very limited number of orders they can fulfill and deliver per day. At the time of this article, due to Disney Cruise Line coming back online and not knowing if Dean will be recalled, orders are only being confirmed through 9/30/2021.
